2025年度 外国人留学生の企業見学会（三重化学工業株式会社）を開催しました / Company Tour for International Students 2025 (Mie Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) Held

2月27日（金）、三重化学工業株式会社のご協力のもと、外国人留学生を対象とした企業見学会を開催しました。
三重化学工業株式会社との連携による本企画は、昨年度に続き2回目の開催となります。今回は、中国、ザンビア、タンザニア、フィリピン、バングラデシュを含む5ヵ国から計8名の学生が参加しました。
On Friday, February 27, a company tour for international students was held with the cooperation of Mie Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
This event, organized in collaboration with the company, was the second of its kind following last year's tour. A total of eight students from five countries--China, Zambia, Tanzania, the Philippines, and Bangladesh--participated.

当日は、多様な人材が集いオープンイノベーションを推進する場である「ミエラボ」にご案内いただきました。見学会は山川社長のご挨拶に始まり、続いて、留学生が英語や日本語を交えつつ、それぞれの母語で自己紹介を行いました。その後、会社と製品の説明、施設見学ツアーを実施していただきました。会社説明では、グローバル（国際）の意識をもって、ローカル（地域）を支える"グローカルカンパニー"としての取り組みや、今後のプロジェクト展開の可能性についてご紹介いただきました。
The students were welcomed to "MieLabo," a facility that fosters open innovation by bringing together diverse talent. The tour began with greetings from CEO Yamakawa, followed by self-introductions from the students in their native languages, mixed with English and Japanese. Afterward, the participants were given an overview of the company and its products, as well as a guided facility tour. During the company briefing, the students learned about the company's efforts as a "Glocal Company," one that supports the local community while maintaining a global perspective, and about the potential for future project developments.

続いて行われた施設見学では、保冷剤や作業用手袋の製造工程を間近で見ることができ、実際のオフィスや従業員の憩いの場となる休憩スペースなど、洗練された職場環境にも触れることができました。
In the subsequent facility tour, they observed the production processes of cooling packs and work gloves up close, and also visited the office and employee dining area, experiencing the company's well-designed work environment.

参加した留学生は製品に強い関心を示し、保冷剤や作業用手袋を手に取りながら質問が飛び交いました。今回も、留学生が日本企業への理解を深める貴重な機会となり、有意義な交流の場となりました。

The participants showed strong interest in the products, asking many questions while examining the cooling packs and gloves firsthand. Once again, the visit provided a valuable opportunity for international students to deepen their understanding of Japanese companies and served as a meaningful platform for exchange.
