2025年9月24日（水）第31回 Tri-U国際シンポジウム＆セミナー・Day3が開催されました。/ The 31st Tri-U International Joint Seminar & Symposium － Day3 was held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

第31回目のTri-U・Day3は、前日に引き続き、「Population」「Food」「Energy」「Environment」「Disaster Management」のテーマの下、学生による研究成果の口頭発表が行われました。
On Day 3 of the 31st Tri-U International Symposium, following the previous day, students delivered oral presentations on their research findings under the themes of "Population", "Food", "Energy", "Environment" and "Disaster Management".

Day3の午後には、Day4に開催されるワークショッププレゼンテーションに向けて、各グループでの話し合いが行われました。メンバーの組み合わせとテーマは前日に発表されたところですが、次第にメンバー間の交流が深まり、多様な価値観に基づく考え方がぶつかり合いながら、熱いディスカッションが続きました。
On the afternoon of Day 3, students gathered in their assigned groups to prepare for the workshop presentations scheduled for Day 4. The group members and themes had been announced the day before, and as the discussions progressed, interactions among students deepened. Lively and passionate conversations unfolded, with diverse perspectives and values sparking meaningful exchanges.

この学生の活動と並行して、次回のTri-U開催に向けて、各大学の教職員によるキーパーソンミーティングが行われました。ホスト校である三重大学国際戦略機構の正路講師が進行を務めながら、学生の研究成果発表に関する方法やテーマの見直しについて意見が交わされました。
Alongside these student activities, a Key Person Meeting was held among faculty and staff from participating universities to discuss the future direction of the Tri-U seminar. The meeting was facilitated by Lecturer Shinichi SHOJI from the Organization of International Education and Research at Mie University, the host institution. Participants exchanged ideas on revising both the format and themes of student research presentations.

各大学から積極的な発言があり、次回のホスト校であるチェンマイ大学からの提案を基に、研究成果発表の対象とするテーマの在り方を見直すことが決定され、30年を超える歴史を有するTri-Uは、良き伝統を踏襲しつつ新たな展開に挑戦することとなりました。
Representatives from each university actively contributed to the discussion. Based on a proposal from Chiang Mai University, the next host institution, it was agreed to revisit the thematic structure of the research presentations. With over 30 years of history, Tri-U is now embracing new developments while continuing to honor its rich traditions.

第31回目のTri-Uは、いよいよ残すところあと一日なりました。最終日のワークショッププレゼンテーションに向けて、学生間のディスカッションや交流が一層活発になってきた中、若さと情熱に満ちた発表と、緊張から解き放たれ、伊勢市へのエクスカーションやクロージングセレモニー、フェアウェルパーティーを楽しむ学生たちの華やかな輝きが期待されます。
As the 31st Tri-U approaches its final day, student discussions and interactions are becoming even more dynamic. We look forward to seeing workshop presentations filled with youthful energy and enthusiasm, followed by students enjoying the excursion to Ise City, the closing ceremony, and the farewell party－a celebration of their achievements and the friendships they've built.
