三重大学留学生37名及び一般学生5名、計42名が鈴鹿8耐特別ツアーに参加しました

2026年7月5日（日）、鈴鹿サーキットの「鈴鹿8耐特別ツアー」には、本学の留学生37名及び一般学生5名、計42名が参加しました。この特別なツアーは、ホンダモビリティランド株式会社と三重大学の産学連携に基づく包括協定の一環として、昨年に続く3年目の企画です。昨年度に続き、静岡大学と岐阜大学の留学生も参加しました。
当日は、鈴鹿サーキット関係者のご協力により、普段は入ることのできないレースの舞台を見学する貴重な機会が提供されました。関係者エリアや表彰台 記念撮影及びレースコントロールタワーの内部など、特別な場所をご案内いただきました。鈴鹿サーキット関係者皆様をはじめ、多くの方々の協力に感謝し、留学生たちには心に残る一日を楽しむことができました。
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, a total of 42 students; 37 international students and 5 general students--participated in the "Suzuka 8 Hours Special Tour" held during the final race at Suzuka Circuit. This special tour, now in its third year, is part of the comprehensive partnership between Honda Mobilityland Co., Ltd. and Mie University. Students from Shizuoka University and Gifu University also joined the program again this year, continuing their participation from last year.
With the cooperation of Suzuka Circuit staff, participants were given rare access to areas normally closed to the public. They were guided through special locations such as the paddock area, the podium for commemorative photos, and the inside of the race control tower. Thanks to the support of many individuals, including the Suzuka Circuit staff, the international students were able to enjoy a memorable and meaningful day.
