MIE-U 国際交流協定校外国人若手教員受入れプログラム活動報告会を開催しました。/ Final Report session for the "MIE-U Program for Accepting Junior Faculty from International Partner Institutions" was held.

3月6日（金）、MIE-U国際交流協定校外国人若手教員受入れプログラムで本学にお迎えしているガジャ・マダ大学（インドネシア）のMuhammad Arifin（ムハンマド アリフィン）助教による活動報告会を開催しました。
報告会には、学生と教職員あわせて28名が参加しました。
On Friday, March 6, we held a final report session by Assistant Professor Muhammad Arifin from Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia), who is currently hosted by our university through the "MIE-U Program for Accepting Junior Faculty from International Partner Institutions".
A total of 28 participants, including students and faculty members, attended the meeting.

報告会では、国際戦略機構での授業、工学研究科における教育・研究活動、さくらサイエンスプログラムなどの国際交流活動、ガジャ・マダ大学と本学との国際交流協定の格上げへの協力、さらにそこで得られた成果と日本での生活経験についてお話しいただきました。
質疑応答では学生から質問が寄せられ、報告会は時折笑い声が上がるなど、終始和やかな雰囲気の中で進められました。
At the final report session, he spoke about his classes at the Organization for International Education and Research, his educational and research activities at the Graduate School of Engineering, his involvement in international exchange programs such as the Sakura Science Program, his cooperation in upgrading the international exchange agreement between Gadjah Mada University and our university, as well as the achievements gained through these activities and his experiences living in Japan.
In the Q&A session, students asked a variety of questions, and the meeting proceeded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with occasional moments of laughter.

本学に在籍いただいた1年間を通して、Arifin助教には研究面での助言に加え、学生の英語での対話力向上にも大きく寄与いただき、学生や教職員に多くの学びと気づきをもたらしてくださいました。Arifin助教の今後のさらなるご活躍を心よりお祈り申し上げます。
Throughout his one-year stay at our university, Dr. Arifin not only provided valuable research guidance but also greatly contributed to improving students' English communication skills, offering many meaningful insights and learning opportunities to both students and faculty members.
We sincerely wish Dr. Arifin continued success in all his future endeavors.
