1. Location of the issuing machines

The Integrated Research Building Ⅱ First Floor Lobby

2. Time

Week days 8:00~18:30
　　*The operation hours are from 8:00 to 17:15 on the following days
　　　(except for the days when it is not available)

　　Academic Year of 2024
・August 8~September 30
・December 24~Junuary 5
・February 13~March 25

*The following days are not available.
　The following days are not available: ・Days when the University is closed, such as Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and the summer vacation period.
　The day before the day of the entrance examinations (the day of the Common Test for Unicersity Admissions
and the day before and the day of the Individual Achievement Test).
　When mechanical trouble occurs and inspection or repair is required.
　　　(In case of urgency, please contact the counter No. 3 of the Academic Affairs Division.)


3. Student who can use it
Undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at the University

4.Certificates that can be issued
・Certificate of Enrollment (Undergraduate/Graduate)
・Student Discount Certificate (Undergraduate/Graduate) (Up to 10 per year)
・Certificate of attendance (Undergraduate and Graduate School)
・Transcript of Academic Record (Undergraduate and Graduate School)
・Certificate of expected graduation (Undergraduate)
・Certificate of expected completion (graduate school)
・Health Examination Certificate (Undergraduate and Graduate School)

Certificates other than those listed above will be issued by the academic affairs office of each faculty.
