Dear all international students,

The state of emergency has declared for Tokyo, Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Aichi and Fukuoka.

Basically, all faculty members, students and staffs are required to refrain from visiting those areas. (Tokyo, Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Aichi and Fukuoka).
