Students can obtain the following certificates from the certificate issuing machines.
１．Location

２．Hours & Operation
Monday-Friday 8：00a.m.～6：30p.m.
* Hours of operation are 8:00 -17:15 during the following periods
(excluding days when the machines cannot be used).
AY2017
- 8/10-9/30
- 12/24-12/28
AY2018
- 2/10-4/10
* The machines cannot be used on the following days:
- Days when the University is officially closed, including weekends, New Year holidays, and summer break
- Entrance examination days (i.e., days when the National Center Test for University Admissions or individual aptitude tests are held)
- When inspections or repairs are needed due to a mechanical malfunction
(Students who require urgent service should visit the No. 4 counter of the Student Affairs Department.)
Webcam of Student Affairs Office (Use the webcam to see in real-time if the certificate issuing machine is in operation or if it is crowded.)

The following certificates can be obtained from the machine. Refer to the table below for further details.
- Certificate of Enrollment （Undergraduate・Graduate）
- Student Passenger-Fares Discount Certificate （Undergraduate・Graduate）(Up to 10 per year)
- Certificate of Commuting （Undergraduate・Graduate）
- Academic Transcript （Undergraduate・Graduate）
- Certificate of Prospective Graduation (Undergraduate)
- Certificate of Prospective Course Completion （Graduate）
- Graduation Certification （Graduate）
- Course Completion Cirtificate （Graduate）
- Health Certificate （Undergraduate・Graduate）
- The Student Affairs Section of each faculty will issue any other certificate not listed above.
After you enter your student ID number and password, a list of certificates that can be issued will be displayed.

※1: Only available for students in their final year. Faculty of Engineering students can obtain this certificate from around late April onwards.

Each certificate issuing machine is equipped with an intercom that you can use in the event of a malfunction.
